Mega Powerstar Ram Charan has been testing his luck after a year and half with Rangasthalam which is said to be  a village based romantic and political drama. Sukumar is the director of the film and Charan’s makeover has been receiving wide reception right from the day the film has been announced. Samantha played the female lead and Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Aadhi Pinisetty essayed other pivotal roles in Rangasthalam. The movie released all over yesterday and received positive buzz all over.

Rangasthalam is the biggest opener among Charan’s films and the film registered massive figures on its day one. Rangasthalam collected Rs 25.21 crores on its first day which is huge. Charan’s performance has been receiving standing ovation all over. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes and Rathnavelu is the cinematographer. Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled Rangasthalam  and here are the area-wise collections of the film on its first day:
