OnePlus Pad Go 2 was introduced in India on Wednesday along with the OnePlus 15R smartphone. This new Android tablet is available in two color choices and operates on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chip. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 supports 5G and has a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It includes a 10,050mAh battery that supports 33W charging. The starting price in India for the basic model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (Wi-Fi only) is Rs. 26,999. There is also a model with 256GB of storage, maintaining the same RAM and Wi-Fi, costing Rs. 29,999. Additionally, users can choose an 8GB + 256GB version with Wi-Fi and 5G for Rs. 32,999. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 comes in Lavender Drift and Shadow Black (available only for the 5G model) and will be sold through Amazon, the OnePlus India site, and various other stores starting December 18. As a special launch deal, OnePlus is providing a Rs. 2,000 immediate bank discount and a limited-time Rs. 1,000 discount, lowering the initial price to Rs. 23,999.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 operates using OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16. It boasts a 12.1-inch 2.8K (1,980x2,800 pixels) LCD display with Dolby Vision capabilities, an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a pixel density of 284ppi, and an 88.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. The screen is said to reach a peak brightness of 600 nits and covers 98 percent of the DPI-P3 color range. Powering the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chip, combined with 8GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The tablet is fitted with four speakers and includes AI-driven features like AI Writer, AI Recorder, and AI Reflection Eraser. For photography, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and another 8-megapixel camera on the front for video calls and selfies. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet also has a face unlock option for security and supports the company's own Open Canvas software for multitasking.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is powered by a 10,050mAh battery that allows for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging (wired), taking about 129 minutes to fully charge, and also has 6.5W reverse wired charging. It is said to provide up to 15 hours of video playback or up to 60 hours on standby with one charge. The 5G version of the OnePlus Pad Go 2 weighs roughly 599g, while the Wi-Fi version weighs around 597g. Its dimensions are about 266.01x192.77x6.83mm. The new OnePlus Pad Go 2 is compatible with the stylus called OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which is sold separately. This stylus features 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and connects via Bluetooth 5.4.
