Maryland County Settles Lawsuit with Transgender Teen

The county of Maryland board of education has ordained a lawsuit with a transgender teen when they tried to block from using certain locker rooms.

The Daily Record of Baltimore reports 16-year-old Max Brennan documented the claim when his center school banned him from utilizing young men's offices. A discharge by an individual from the claim says Talbot County respondents will pay $20 in harms. Brennan likewise will have perpetual access to the offices of kid.

United States District Judge George L. Russell III administered for the situation in March that transgender understudies can't be banished from utilizing offices relating with their sexual orientation character. The daily paper says Russell is the main judge in Maryland to issue such a decision. Maryland's American Civil Liberties Union and FreeState Justice Inc., a social equity association, brought the claim.
